I bought a used Suzuki here when dealership was recommended by my trusted independent motorcycle repairer. They exceeded expectations - straightforward, refreshingly free of BS, and I was dealt with by experienced, knowledgeable staff (thanks Tom). Before the sales process and afterwards they have been responsive and they appear careful to develop a relationship with the customer, rather than simply get the sale. That makes perfect business sense, but it is surprisingly rare, and welcome. Recommended.

Best Scooter repair experience I've had yet. Had a broken Speedometer, side light and some product recall repairs to have done. Got it booked within a week, took them just a couple of hours to sort. Price was incredibly reasonable too. Staff were all friendly too

The sales staff in the showroom and upstairs in the clothing and accessories department are outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The stock is impressive and well worth a visit (I took the family when I paid my deposit!). I'm so happy with my trade-in deal and I now own a perfect Royal Enfield Interceptor 650. The service workshop looks tidy and professional so it's been a pleasure and I'm sure it will be in the future. Thanks Preston Motorcycles ????

Gavin (and the team in the work shop) really went above and beyond today with a modification that was required on my Ninja 650.

I put up bit of a negative review little while ago because of a misunderstanding on both parts but adrain was quick to rectify it and between him and Tom i recieved excellent service I bought a kawasaki er6f of them and part exchanged my bike was kept informed all the way about what was going on until it was delivered even the delivery guy was good excellent service from them will go back to them if I decide to get another bike in the future thank you very much for a good service highly recommended

Picked up my BMW F800R yesterday. After not riding for 16 years it was a perfect choice for me. No problems getting the bike and Colin kept me informed all the way. Full service and MOT in with the deal. I would highly recommend Preston Motorcycles

I purchased a scooter for my 16 year old daughter. They could not have been more friendly and helpful and gave excellent advice. She picked it up today and you be pleased to know she feeling much more confident on it after a couple of hours driving around.

I've known Tom for 10 years now and I can honestly say that he has been the best sales person I have ever dealt with. This is the 3rd ZX10R I got from him and hopefully not the last. He has always been helpful, polite and trustworthy. Certainly an asset to the Kawasaki team!

Just been and had a look round the TARDIS of a bike shop with my old dad, we were assisted by Colin who was very helpful, am back next weekend for a test ride on a Royal Enfield.
Never went on the test ride coz the weather was horrible, I contacted Colin to tell him that I will be back.

I bought a very nice second hand Ducati monster 1200 from Preston Motorcycles. Bike was correctly advertised, communication was excellent, so was the service. They professionaly packed the bike in a crate and it arrived to my country 3000 km away the following week. I could not be more satisfied with their business. A happy customer, would definitely recommend it to a friend.
